OneFootball GmbH (“OneFootball”), Greifswalder Straße 212, 10405 Berlin manages Aera and the Marketplace. As part of OneFootball’s provided activity on Aera, it also facilitates Challenges as outlined below, governed by these Challenge Rules.

These Challenge Rules are complementary to the Terms and Conditions (T&C) that can be found on 

, which governs the activity of Aera and the Marketplace.

 means the platform facilitated on the domain address 

. Aera facilitates Challenges as well as primary and secondary sales of Digital Collectibles. Primary Sales take place at the Storefront and secondary sales on the Marketplace.

 means a Challenge a Collector may at its discretion take part in. A Challenge will be posted on Aera in a frequency determined by OneFootball.

 means a sub-page on Aera that will display all the relevant information, including the steps to qualify, the reward for completion, and other important requirements related to the current active challenge.

 means a Collector, Buyer or Consumer who has submitted an offer to purchase a Digital Collectible and as a result holds one or more Digital Collectibles.

 means the contractual and transferable Token and any rights, goods or assets (e.g. access to special rewards, specific skills of a player) associated with the token, in particular the contractual rights to and in the Medium.Marketplace means a service facilitated by OneFootball on Aera that connects OneFootball with Buyers, and Reseller with Secondary Buyer for Secondary Sales.

 means a prize that comes in two levels; the primary Reward is a Digital Collectible allocated to winners of the challenge. The secondary Reward is a set of physical prizes of limited quantity; such as signed jerseys, match tickets, or real-life experiences - that are raffled to winners of a challenge. Exact details on the Reward available for each challenge can be found on the Challenge detail page itself, under the section titled - The Reward.

 means the sales section of Aera where Collectors can purchase packs containing Digital Collectibles. 

 means the Terms and Conditions governing all activity on Aera. These Challenge Rules are complementary to the T&Cs. In case of conflicting wording between the T&Css and these Challenge Rules, the T&Cs take precedence.

 means the Dapper Wallet in which the Collector holds its Digital Collectibles.

The Transfer Challenge requires a Collector to hold a set of Digital Collectibles in their Wallet at a snapshot date and time, by doing so they will become eligible for a reward/s.

Each Transfer Challenge has two main events within its duration, a start and finish. The start is the announcement date/time (“Announcement”), the finish is the snapshot date/time (“Snapshot”). A Collector will have the information needed to complete the challenge as soon as a Transfer Challenge is announced and the challenge page becomes active on Aera, further information highlighting an active challenge will be shared across all social-media channels dedicated to the promotion of Aera, including but not limited to; Instagram, Twitter, and E-mail. A Collector will have the opportunity to acquire the necessary Digital Collectible to complete the Challenge up until the moment of the Snapshot. Typically, the active duration of a Transfer Challenge is 7-days, that being the time between an Announcement and the Snapshot - however this may vary in certain Transfer Challenges. After the Snapshot has taken place, no new Collector entries can be considered. For each Transfer Challenge, the Snapshot will be explicitly stated on the Challenge details page itself within the “reward” section on Challenge Page.

Transfer Challenges work on a passive participation basis. Every Collector automatically participates in a Transfer Challenge. To be eligible to receive the primary reward of an associated Transfer Challenge, a Collector must acquire the required Digital Collectibles in their Wallet before the snapshot time (“Challenge Winner”). There is no manual action a Collector needs to take in order to participate in a Transfer Challenge.

At the time of the snapshot, OneFootball will run a check against the entire Collector base for those holding the complete set of required moments. Collectors that fulfill this condition, will be considered winners and receive the primary reward.

Certain Transfer Challenges will include a secondary reward, distributed at random via a raffle. To be eligible for the raffle, Collectors must fulfill the following:

Have completed the “claim free collectible” process.

Each Transfer Challenge has a primary reward awarded to all Challenge Winners. The primary reward will be a specific moment from the collection listed under the section titled “reward” on the Challenge Page. The primary reward will be transferred to eligible Collectors within 48 hours of the Snapshot.

In some cases, a Transfer Challenge has a secondary reward. These are physical items also listed under the reward section on the Challenge Page. They are limited in quantity and raffled to Challenge Winners. A Collector selected as a winner in the secondary reward raffle will be notified separately by Onefootball through email or other means of contact. Selected Winners have 48 hours to accept the reward and confirm the requested details for the fulfillment of the secondary reward transfer. Failure to respond within the 48 hour deadline, will result in a new Winner being selected from the list of other Challenge Winners.

To qualify as a winner for this challenge and earn your share of the available rewards; collect, select, then burn the specified moments. You will need to permanently remove the Moments from your profile. The required moments for AGELESS ARGENTINA (4 moments in total):

To burn your moments and receive the associated reward, make sure that you have successfully selected all required moments to the challenge builder. Second, when you have fully selected all building blocks, you must click the Submit Your Entry button. Then, you must confirm by clicking Complete Challenge. Finally, sign the Dapper Wallet transaction and wait to see the successful execution of your moments being burned - this will mean your successful completion of the Transfer Challenge and eligibility for the associated reward. Please be aware that by completing the Transfer Challenge your selected building block moments are burned, this is an irreversible transaction.

Every collector who fulfils the requirements for this challenge by the final whistle at 17:00 CET on Sunday, December 18th, 2022 will receive an exclusively minted* Fiorentina Moment — a Common goal of Nicolás González.
